You have aging parents who are still “fine”…
but something feels different.
You think about them more than you say out loud.
You’ve noticed small changes…
and you’re not sure what to do with that yet.
You want to feel more prepared
but not overwhelmed in the process.

Each month, we move through four types of conversations:
Week 1
RESET
is about coming back to yourself. We talk about guilt, overwhelm, grief, inherited patterns, and the pressure of always being the one who sees what needs to happen. Reset is where women get grounded again so they can respond with more clarity and less panic.
Week 2
WAKE-UP
is about awareness. We talk about hidden risks, subtle changes, and the things families often miss because life looks “fine” on the surface. Wake-Up helps women see what matters sooner, before a crisis forces the issue.
Week 3
SHIFT
is about inner growth and a new way of seeing. We talk about mindset, self-awareness, spiritual grounding, and the beliefs that keep women stuck in guilt, fear, and over-responsibility. Shift is where women begin to move from survival mode into peace, truth, and personal power.
Week 4
PLAN
is about practical next steps. We talk about estate planning, finances, home, support systems, and the bigger picture of what it really takes to create peace of mind. Plan is where insight turns into action.
So you’re not just thinking about it…
you’re actually moving forward.

A clearer perspective on what’s actually going on
More emotional clarity around what you’re carrying
Practical insight you can apply right away
One next step to move forward with confidence
Calm Conversations is a free weekly live Zoom for women navigating aging parents, family pressure, and the emotional weight of trying to hold it all together.
Each week, we gather for a real conversation about what so many women are carrying, but rarely say out loud.
Some weeks are more emotional.
Some are more practical.
All of them are designed to help you feel more grounded, think more clearly, and take the next right step with more peace of mind.
This is not doom and gloom.
This is not pressure.
This is not one more thing to add to your plate.
It’s a place to pause, hear the truth, and move forward
one step at a time.

I created Calm Conversations for women like me who know what it feels like to carry a lot, hold things together, and quietly worry about what could happen with aging parents.
My work helps adult children look at the bigger picture, not just one piece of it.
Through my SAFE framework and CALM approach, I help women create more awareness, more preparedness, and more peace of mind before a crisis hits.
This is about more than checklists.
It’s about how we live, how we lead, and how we stop waiting until life forces the conversation.
Keep them SAFE. Stay CALM. Design a Life That Fits.
